 How long does delivery take?

Transit times depend on the destination country. Check our delivery services article for more information.

Delivery estimates may be changed at certain times of the time of day, but we cannot change these after your order is placed. Estimated arrival dates can be found in order confirmation emails above the product information - this is the first email we send to you after your order is created. Unless explicitly stated, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time. We reserve the right to remove or amend these delivery options without notice.   

What happens if my order doesn't arrive on time?

Please contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the dates provided at checkout. We will be unable to investigate your shipment until these dates have passed. 

A late order isn't necessarily lost.

We will liaise with our shipping partners to locate and ensure delivery of your parcel as soon as possible. If this isn't possible and our partners advise the order is lost we will be able to provide a refund or replacement order depending on your preference and the availability of stock.

We will be unable to investigate a parcel or refund or replace if shipped more than 75 days ago so please contact us soon as you notice a problem.

How long will it take you to ship my purchase after the order is placed?

We try to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of purchase but we reserve the right to extend preparation times at busier periods. Estimated arrival dates will always be updated at the checkout page prior to purchase and cannot be changed afterwards. Estimated arrival dates can be found in order confirmation emails above the product information - this is the first email we send to you after your order is created.

Return & Exchange Policy

How do I return an item?

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if not you may return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms. If there is a problem with your purchase please contact us before initiating the returns process.

  • You may request to return an item within 14 days of delivery

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as they were when sent. This does not include the removing of an item from a plastic bag, but it does include the removal of tags.

  • Footwear must be returned alongside the box and any relevant accessories.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or diminish refunds if an item is returned in a worse condition than described at purchase.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method to the card or PayPal account used to place the order.
